Before you buy.

What formats do I get?

Every video is 15 seconds and comes in two versions: horizontal 16:9 for your website, YouTube or a product page, and vertical 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts. You get both as MP4 files.

What do I need to send?

Three things: a link to your product (app store page, website, game page or store), your logo, and what you want to highlight. If you have screenshots or product photos, send them too.

Can I ask for changes?

Yes. Each video includes one round of changes. Put everything you want adjusted in one message and we send back the updated version.

How long does it take?

72 hours, counted from the moment we receive your completed form. On the pack and the monthly plan the same 72-hour clock applies to each video.
